Just finished up a new animated commercial for SalesVote.  SalesVote is a new company hitting the Washington DC area in Feb 2011 offering discounts from local restaurants and businesses.  Purchase a deal and tell your friends and you can win extra discounts and even cash back.    

The Production:
Overall, from conception to completion, the video took about 2 weeks.  The characters, props, etc are all original vector art drawn in Illustrator.  The artwork was then animated in After Effects. Music and sound fx were the last step, mixed in Soundtrack Pro.  Everything else was edited/rendered in Final Cut Pro.  

[Side note: This project was definitely a learning experience.  I don’t think of myself as much of an ‘animator’ or ‘artist.’  But, it was fun (challenging) to piece everything together, keeping in mind the pacing and flow.   - SunJae]
